Big Data and its ethical / social implications - "Should data rule tomorrow's world?"

Claudia has studied law with specialisation in IT- and Media- Law at the University of Passau, her term paper focusing on the legal and ethical implications of autonomous driving. She is currently employed at the Chair for Civil Law, Business Law, Data, Media and Information Law led by Prof. Dr. Hennemann, writing her PhD-thesis about the necessity of "Human Rights for Artificial Intelligence".
